The first two core values of Youth With A Mission is to Know God and Make Him Known. This is directly connected to the Great Commission. God commanded all of His disciples across the ages to "Go Therefore and make disciples of all nations..." (Matthew 28:19a) We long to know God more and as we lean deep into his presence and into his word then the natural progression is to share this with those around us. Do you have a desire to have a more intimate relationship with God? Discipleship Training School gives you a unique opportunity to discover your passion and what is God's purpose for you. The DTS is a six month program blends classroom learning, small group activities, personal reflection, practical service, and community living. It is divided into two parts; lecture phase and the outreach phase. The lecture phase helps to put your focus on knowing God, His Word and His World. Then during the outreach phase you will have a chance to serve God in different cultures and have a chance to discover your abilities as you care for people and share the good news of Jesus.
If we want to become more like Jesus and to understand His story then we need to spend time with Him and in His Word. No matter if you’ve read one page of the Bible or all of it, DBS is a place to dive into God’s word, seek answers to your questions, or direction for life. Prepare to receive powerful insight and a passion for the word of God.
